I work with clients in both the UK and Australia. All sessions are held on Google Meet, with UK and Australian friendly times available.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before booking.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step and it’s completely normal to feel unsure about whether it’s the “right” time or whether what you’re experiencing is “serious enough.”
Booking a first session isn’t a lifelong commitment, it’s just a conversation. A chance to see whether you feel comfortable, understood and supported.
And if nothing else, you’ll leave with a better understanding of yourself (which is rarely a bad investment).
